The fund continued the good performance this financial year, with gains of 19% over the December quarter. That has now lifted the annualized since inception return number to 15% p.a. after all fees and expenses for a period of a bit over 3 years.
This does not include any additional benefits from franking credits attached to dividends paid. The fund has paid out three 5 cent fully franked dividends along the way, from the units issued at $1 at inception.
Key positive drivers for the quarter’s performance included Bellevue Gold (ASX:BGL) and Coast Entertainment (ASX:CEH).
We are currently examining the prospects of whether to raise more funds towards the end of this financial year.
